A fully customizable, feature-rich vehicle spawner menu for your FiveM server. This script allows you to set up categories, manage permissions, and control vehicle spawning directly in-game. Perfect for RP servers or any server that needs easy vehicle management.  

Key Features:

1. Customizable Vehicle Categories:
   1. Organize vehicles into custom categories such as "Compacts," "Sports," "Motorcycles," and more.
   2. Each category can contain multiple vehicles with customizable vehicle names and models.
   3. You can create multiple categories to fit your server needs.
2. Permission-Based Category Access:
   1. Each category can be restricted to players with specific ACE permissions.
   2. Players who do not have permission to spawn a vehicle from a restricted category will not see that category in the menu.
   3. Includes a configurable option to control whether categories require permissions (Config.useACEPermissions).
   4. Fine-grain control with ACE permissions to decide which players can spawn specific vehicles.
   5. Categories can be set to require specific permissions, and you can define permissions in your server configuration.
   6. If a player enters a vehicle from a restricted category that they do not have permission to use, the vehicle will automatically delete itself.
   7. This feature is configurable via a simple toggle (Config.DeleteVehicles) in the config.lua file.
3. Rate Limiter for Vehicle Spawning:
   1. Prevents spamming by players attempting to spawn vehicles too quickly.
   2. Delay time between vehicle spawns (default is 5 seconds).
4. Customizable Keybind to Open Vehicle Spawner Menu:
   1. Default keybind is F6 to open the vehicle spawner menu.
   2. Keybind can be easily modified to a different key by adjusting the config.lua.
5. Vehicle Spawn Notifications:
   1. Players will see a notification in-game when a vehicle is successfully spawned.
   2. Inform players if they do not have permission to spawn a certain vehicle or if they try to spawn a restricted vehicle.
